4Nodes Technologies is hiring an IT Business Development Executive with focus on Upwork Bidding

NOTE: Please apply only if you have

  • BS or MSc in IT/CS/SE
  • Excellent English Writing and composing skills (Full Dependence on ChatGPT Is strongly discouraged)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in implementing or working knowledge of Web Technologies (WordPress, Woocommerce, Content Writing, SEO , Google Analytics , Google ADs, Hosting etc.).
  • Online Bidding Experience on Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn – Mandatory
  • Please note that this is a hybrid position Onsite – (Girja Chowk Lahore Cantt) PLUS remote. Working Remotely in night shift whereas onsite visit must be twice a week.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development & Online Bidder to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development/sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. We’ll be searching for candidates who are self-starters, self-disciplined & must be committed to their own success:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Revenue Generation:
  • To generate leads and revenues by identifying, qualifying, and securing potential businesses.
  • Reach new markets/customers through various platforms/channels.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business and establish rapport.
  • Become an evangelist for the company products and services for any/all possible markets

Customer Strategy:

  • Keeping existing clients engaged through email/phone etc.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives by researching organizations and individuals and pitching our services.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on our expertise and Customer’ needs in the market.
  • Devise cross-sell and upsell strategies for new and existing clients.

  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
