Senior SEO Executive at WebDigitalSphere

We are looking for a result-driven SEO specialist responsible for delivering organic results. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamental knowledge about SEO, local SEO, technical SEO techniques, content strategy, and a commitment to constantly improving key skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the overall SEO strategy (Of the Projects Given), ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Drive the execution of on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities and target relevant audiences.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, making data-driven recommendations.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Identify and address technical SEO issues that might impact website performance and user experience.
• Create and present regular reports to senior management, showcasing the impact of SEO efforts and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in SEO, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in improving organic search visibility and driving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
• Experience with website analysis, A/B testing, and performance metrics and WordPress.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
