We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. As an SEO Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance our online presence. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to optimize our website and other digital assets for search engines.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for maximum visibility.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may affect search engine crawling and indexing.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly and engaging content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website design and development.
  • Track and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings.
  • Identify opportunities for link building and outreach to improve domain authority.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with keyword research and analysis tools.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO factors.
  • Ability to perform SEO audits and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CMS platforms and website backend systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
