Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Assistant to join our team and support various aspects of our organization’s operations and growth. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of commitment and consistency. In this role, you will become the right-hand person to our organization’s leader and assist in various tasks related to social media, community engagement, sponsor relations, volunteer coordination, and more.

Responsibilities

– Manage and update social media accounts, creating engaging posts and graphics using tools like Canva.
– Maintain internal communication channels, ensuring effective communication within the team.
– Engage with the community and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
– Assist with affiliate marketing activities, tracking performance and providing necessary support.
– Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our organization’s mission.
– Assist in general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
– Prepare and deliver presentations to potential sponsors, introducing them to our organization’s mission and values.
– Collaborate with volunteers to optimize their schedules and projects for maximum efficiency.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and other activities as needed.
– Update content on the organization’s website using Wix.
– Utilize Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and Telegram for communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

– A background in marketing with a strong understanding of social media management and marketing campaigns.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of eloquence.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Compassion, commitment, and consistency in work approach.
– Ability to present and articulate the organization’s mission to potential sponsors.
– Proficiency in using tools such as Google Workspace, Wix, Canva, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
– Strong character and conduct, aligning with the organization’s values.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
